RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Style, Size, and Photo Changes
As long as it’s within one day (24 hours) of placing your order, we can make any changes necessary. Send us an email with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!
Damaged/Misprinted Items
If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge, or refund you in full. Please contact us with a picture of your item as received and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days.
If the product arrives with a different image printed than uploaded, we will reprint and resend it free of charge, or refund you in full. Please contact us with a picture of your item as received and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days.
Please note that whatever size, background, and image you upload will be printed on your SuitFace. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and shipped, SuitFaces is not responsible for replacing these items.
Product Image Disclaimer
Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing.
User Image Upload Disclaimer
Image files uploaded must exceed (1mb+ ) in .jpg or .png format at 150+ DPI. Images files uploaded that do not meet this criteria may be slightly distorted during the printing process; this will not constitute as a misprint. SuitFaces will not be held liable for printed image distortion or blurry images if the uploaded file does not meet the specific guidelines set forth.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. Since your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $9 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you need to cancel your order more than a day after purchase, we will refund the entire cost of your item, less the $9 customization fee.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on orders unless they arrive defective, damaged, or with a misprint.

Please allow up to 72 hours for any refunds to process once our warehouse receives proof of damage or misprinting. Your bank statement will reflect a change in 7-10 business days.
